- The delivery time may vary or be delayed, it is not guaranteed on our part that they buy the promised deadlines, and it is not our responsibility for this delay.

- When you receive the order, we advise you to count the packages and check the good external appearance of the goods.

- In the event of detecting any damage to the outside of the package, the customer must before accepting to mention on the sheet/pda where he signs "volume with damage", if the product is damaged he must communicate within 24 hours through the e-mail: rma@fmtek-shop.com , otherwise the request for resolution is refused.

- In the event of detecting any damage that is visible to the goods/product, the customer must refuse to receive the package(s) in question and immediately communicate this fact through the email rma@fmtek-shop.com.

- Returns or claims of damaged products will not be accepted in the event that there is no indication of damage to the Package/Box.

 


- We alert you to the fact that the products (BY ORDER) are products that are not in stock, after a confirmed order is placed with the supplier.

- Orders are automatically processed by the system, in case of several orders on the same day, you will have to send an email registering this manual request for aggregation of the various orders, and it is not guaranteed that it will be aggregated. 

- Payments for the MBWay service and REF. MULTIBANCO, in case of cancellation at the customer's request, where there is no failure to deliver or any error on the part of FMTEK, these same fees will be deducted from the amount returned.
